Delivery Options

Standard Shipping

  • Estimated Delivery Time: 5–7 working days

Express Shipping

  • Estimated Delivery Time: 1–4 working days

  • Products eligible for express shipping will be clearly marked (Fast Delivery ⚡️) at checkout.

Delhi NCR – 3 Hours / Next Day Delivery

Delivery Attempts & Return to Origin (RTO)

  • Each order includes up to three delivery attempts by our courier partners.

  • If delivery fails after three attempts, the order will be marked as RTO (Return to Origin).

If the failure is due to customer-related reasons (incorrect address, recipient unavailable, incorrect contact details, etc.):

  • A deduction of ₹200 will be made from the order value.

  • The remaining balance will be issued as a coupon code valid for 180 days.

Possible Delays

While we strive to deliver all orders within the estimated timeframe, delays may occur due to:

  • Courier or logistics partner issues

  • Natural calamities or unforeseen events

  • Government regulations or restrictions

  • National or regional holidays

Please note that refunds will not be issued for delays caused by the above circumstances.
