Refund & Exchange Policy

General Policy

  • We do not offer money refunds for books.

  • Products purchased during sales, discounts, or promotional offers are not eligible for return or exchange.

  • Once an order is placed, cancellation is not permitted under any circumstances.

We encourage customers to review their orders carefully before completing the purchase.

Available Options (Instead of Refunds)

While we do not provide monetary refunds, we offer:

  • Exchange for another book (subject to stock availability)

  • Gift Coupon equivalent to the purchase value for future use

Gift Cards and Coupon Codes may be used during sale periods unless otherwise specified.

Exchange Policy for Books

Exchange Window

  • Exchange requests must be raised within 3 days of delivery.

Eligibility Criteria

To qualify for an exchange:

  • The book must be unused, unread, and in original condition.

  • There must be no damage, markings, folds, or wear.

  • The product must be returned with its original packaging (if applicable).

Books showing signs of use or damage (unless received in that condition) will not be eligible.

Valid Reasons for Exchange

Exchanges are accepted only under the following circumstances:

  • Wrong book delivered

  • Damaged book received

  • Manufacturing or printing defect

Non-Exchangeable Items

The following items are not eligible for exchange:

  • Customized books

  • Signed editions

  • Special edition products

  • Digital products (e-books, audiobooks, downloadable content)

Exchange Process

  1. Customers must initiate the request through our Exchange/Return Portal.

  2. Once approved, pickup will be arranged.

  3. After inspection and approval, either:

    • A replacement will be dispatched (subject to stock availability), or

    • A Gift Coupon will be issued.

Pickup Attempts

  • Pickup will be attempted twice.

  • If both attempts fail, the customer must ship the product back at their own cost.

Stock Availability

  • Exchanges are subject to product availability.

  • If the requested item is out of stock, a Gift Coupon equivalent to the purchase value will be issued.

Final Decision

Super Learning Super Child reserves the right to decline any exchange request if the policy conditions are not met.

Return Policy

We do not accept returns for books.
Only exchanges or gift coupons are provided under the terms stated above.
